  1. My goal right now is to get ripped six pack abs and it’s not easy. Do you have some tips as far as a good six pack abs diet? My trainer says that egg whites, oatmeal, broccoli, blueberries and salmon are all important to include in your diet…are there any other foods I should include?

  2. Great article. I wanted to drop one more tip with regards to eating slower. Since it takes so long for your stomach to realize you’re full, try using a smaller plate. Don’t use a giant dinner plate, instead use a small luncheon plate. It has the psychological effect of making you feel full after eating a plate full of food. Try it and see if it works for you.
