well i think everyone could loose wait if they put effort.. it does not matter if its summer or winter…actually most people try loosing weight during winter, so they could feel and look right for summer..

Yes I would agree with you. Any season or month or day you can start your exercise program. But if summer is the best season for you to get your head straight and start the program that go for it. Just discipline and be determined to continue the program if summer is over. Then you will be successful in your goal of loosing weight.

People are trying to loose weight on summer because they want to wear sexy outfits and two piece swimsuits at the beach. Having a nice body increases your self esteem.
